Who we are.

The short version.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics by default. If you join a waitlist (for now, by emailing us), we keep your address and choices so we can send the emails the form promised. That's all we collect on purpose.

Waitlist.

  • Right now, by email: confirmation emails aren't switched on yet, so the form asks you to email us at hello@memfor.ai, and we add your address to the list by hand. We keep your email address, the product you asked about and anything you wrote, in that mailbox, for the same purposes and the same 24 months described below, or until you ask us to delete it. Your consent is the email you send. The points below describe the confirmation flow, which applies once it is switched on.
  • Confirmation first: when you submit the form, we send one email with a confirmation link and store nothing. Your address and choices travel inside a signed code in the link, after the #. Browsers don't send that part when they request a page; our confirm page sends it to our server when you open the link and click Confirm my email (again, if the first try fails). If you never confirm, we never store your address. The link stops working after 7 days.
  • What we store after you confirm: your email address, which product you're interested in, whether you asked for the monthly build log, the page you signed up from, the date you confirmed, and the version of the consent text you saw.
  • What we email: for mem for Teams Early access · not built , at most two announcements (when design-partner onboarding opens, and at launch); for mem for Learning Exploring , one email if it becomes a product; and the monthly build log only if you ticked the box, until you unsubscribe.
  • Why: to tell you when the product opens. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by submitting the form and confirming. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Where: Cloudflare Workers KV, operated by Cloudflare on our behalf. No email provider is in use yet, so no confirmation emails are sent.
  • How long: 24 months after you confirm, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
  • Who sees it: only us.
  • IP addresses: we don't store your IP address with your signup. Our server holds it briefly in memory to limit repeated requests, then forgets it. We count outcomes (for example confirmed or rejected as spam) without any address or IP attached.

Security reports.

If you send a security report, we keep it as long as we need to fix the problem and record what happened.

Hosting and logs.

Cloudflare serves this site and processes connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect it, as our processor. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. If your browser blocks something on this site because of our security policy, it may send an automatic report to our server. We keep only a count of which rule was triggered and discard the rest of the report.

Cookies and storage.

We set no cookies. If you change the theme or pause motion, your browser stores that choice on your device. It never leaves your device.

If you open a confirmation link, the confirm page keeps the link's code in this tab's session storage until you get an answer or close the tab, so a reload doesn't lose it. The code (which carries your address and choices) leaves your device only when you click Confirm my email.

When you focus a waitlist form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're a person. It processes your IP address and browser characteristics for that check.

Analytics.

We don't run analytics on this site.

Your memory and agentware.

agentware runs on your computer. Your knowledge base stays in the folder you choose, and agentware sends us nothing. Your agent runtime, Claude Code or Codex, sends prompts, including recalled memory, to its model provider under that provider's terms.

Your rights.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or a restriction of processing. You can object, and you can withdraw consent. Email privacy@memfor.ai. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) at dataprotection.ie.

Transfers.

Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under its data-processing terms and the safeguards they describe.
